The XXV ISEK Congress will be take place in Nagoya, Japan from June 26-29 2024. Join us to network and meet friends and colleagues from all over the world, for three days of great scientific exchange in beautiful Japan!

Step 1: Become an ISEK member
ISEK members benefit from reduced registration fees, among other membership benefits. If you are not currently a member of ISEK, you can join or renew prior to registering for the meeting.

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be received in writing. The amount paid less a $75 processing fee will be refunded for cancellations post-marked, faxed or emailed prior to May 20, 2024. Following this date, no refunds will be issued.
Transfer Policy:
There will be a charge of $75 to transfer a registration to another person. Transfer requests must be made by May 20, 2024. Following this date, no transfer will be issued.
Step 3: Book Accommodation
Nagoya city has many accommodation options to suit varying budgets. For ISEK 2024, no designated room block has been arranged and attendees are encouraged to book their own accommodation based on their circumstances. Visit the accommodation page to review and book hotels within proximity to the Convention Centre.
