Our XXIII ISEK Virtual Congress will take place July 12 – 14, 2020.  

Virtual Congress Registration Fees

Your registration fee for XXIII ISEK Congress includes:

  •  three full days of robust, peer reviewed scientific content that featuring outstanding keynote speakers, innovative workshops, symposia sessions and dedicated poster sessions.

  • a online abstract book

  • the opportunity to live chat, network and liaise with research colleagues and leading PIs

Register by July 9th to guarantee your access to the Virtual Congress. 

After that date, access to the virtual program could be delayed by up to

12 hours.   

We are committed to making the ISEK Virtual Congress program accessible to everyone. 

Registration fees are modest.

NON MEMBERS RATES ONLY INCLUDE ACCESS TO THE VIRTUAL CONGRESS.  THERE IS NO ON-DEMAND ACCESS POST CONGRESS

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be received in writing. The amount paid less a $25 (+tax) processing fee will be refunded for cancellations post-marked or faxed prior to June 11, 2020. Following this date, no refunds will be issued.

Transfer Policy: There will be a charge of $25 (+tax) to transfer a registration to another person. Transfer requests must be made by June 11, 2020. Following this date, no transfers will be issued.

The International Society of Electrophysiology and Kinesiology reserves the right to modify the conference program.

Pandemic Financial Hardship Registration Fee Reduction

A Pandemic Financial Hardship Registration Fee Reduction is available for those in need.  Priority will be given to those students/scientists/faculty who are currently working and living in a resource-restricted country– those defined by the World Bank as low, lower-middle, or upper-middle income. Click here for the World Bank’s country classifications.  Subject to availability of funds.

Individual registration fee reduction: $50 per person

Lab registration fee reduction: $100 for a faculty member + up to two students.
