For ISEK 2026, no designated room block has been arranged and attendees are encouraged to book their own accommodation based on their circumstances. Hotel Cancellation Policy
Reservations can be cancelled up until 16:00 on the arrival day, and the room must be paid for at the hotel. Invoices are only processed if agreed upon in advance.
Rooms are available from 14:00 onwards.

Hotel cancellation policy
All reservations from the allotment need to be guaranteed with a credit card or paid upon booking. The last free cancellation date for each individual reservation is 7 days prior to the arrival.
We recommend making a reservation online. Kindly note that due to security reasons credit card details should not be sent via email.

Arrival and Departure
The check-in starts at 3PM on the day of arrival. The client must check out on the departure day by 12PM, noon. The hotel may apply exceptions on check-in and check-out times. For safety reasons, only the staff of Yopuu Yhtio and checked-in guests are allowed to enter the hotel room (or other reserved premises). The maximum capacity per room may not be surpassed. Please note that reception in closed during nighttime

Cancellation Terms/Allotment Release
Free cancellation applies when the cancellation is made no later than three (3) days prior the arrival. In case of late cancellation of no show – hotel has right to charge the full amount of the reservation.

Yopuu Yhtio reserves the right to change prices if any changes arise by legislation or authorities during the agreement period, such as a change in VAT.
