Multiple fully-funded PhD positions are available at the University of Milan-Bicocca (Italy) to investigate the neuromechanics of sport-related injuries and their consequences on motor control, using motion capture system, EMG and high-density EMG.
Ideal candidates should be highly motivated and have a strong scientific interest in motor control.
Preferred skills: Matlab or Python programming, basic knowledge of biomechanics.
Desirable but not compulsory skills: motion capture system, signal analysis.
The selected candidates will work at the School of Medicine and Surgery of the University of Milano-Bicocca, and have the possibility to collaborate with bioengineers, sport scientists, sport medicine physicians and physical therapists, under the supervision of Dr. Cristiano Alessandro.
